Rosemary has 22 years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to starting BECK Property Company, she served 14 years as Vice President of IRT Property Company, a publicly traded shopping center REIT owning 125 neighborhood retail centers in the Southeast. Since forming BECK Property Company, she has developed & co-developed over a dozen retail centers in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida.

Nichole M. Basista
Leasing & Project Coordinator

Nichole earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia at Athens. Before joining BECK Property Company in 2004, Nichole gained 2 years of mortgage and finance experience while working as a closing coordinator, then promoted to secondary marketing representative for an Atlanta based mortgage company. While working for the mortgage company, she acquired her real estate sales license. Prior to that, she worked as an office assistant for First American Title Company in Atlanta, GA.

Maureen L. Carlon
Operations Manager

Prior to joining BECK Property Company in 2005, Maureen had many years experience in office management and operations. For 13 years, she was Office Manager for Asset Monitoring Services in Youngstown, Ohio. After moving to Atlanta, she was employed as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AudioFax, Inc. Subsequently, Maureen was Office Manager and Database Specialist for Boole & Babbage, Inc., for 9 years before the company merged with BMC Software, Inc. With BMC, Maureen was promoted to the position of Sales Operations Specialist for commercial sales for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Districts, which are comprised of eleven states plus the District of Columbia, a position she held for 5 years. Some of her duties as a Sales Operations Specialist included processing contracts and verifying commission allocations utilizing both Siebel and Oracle databases.
